Private Company Spinnaker Properties Ltd, John Hawkins pictured (right), has bought Duncan Lacey Services from the founding shareholders and names the Estate Office Lacey House with Rodney Lacey, former Park owner and Manager (pictured left).

Since acquiring Horsted Keynes Business Park in June, the new owners have agreed a total of 7 deals which have let or renewed existing agreements on almost a third of the total floor space and a new letting is underway on another 6,700 sq ft.

Commenting on the activity, HKBP Ltd  Managing Director said ‘It’s such a wonderful place in which to have a business, it’s a pleasure to come to the site and work with our resident businesses in trying to meet their objectives of flexible space options for expansion or contraction.’
